We’re thrilled to announce that Land + Water has been appointed to Pagabo’s National Framework for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Enabling Works 2026. Worth £4.29bn, it’s Pagabo’s largest infrastructure procurement to date, with 111 suppliers across 13 lots. The framework connects public sector bodies and private organisations with appointed contractors to deliver high-quality services and value-for-money outcomes.
Pagabo is managing the four-year framework on behalf of YPO, and it’s open to central and local government, the NHS, blue light services, housing, and education.
